The monitor was purchased for use in the church Administrator's office. It was quick and easy to open up, plug in and start using--a real "no muss, no fuss" situation. It's working very well so far, good image quality, etc. I had my doubts about the brand, but decided to give it a try since it's so popular in Latin American countries, and the price was right. So far, I'd have to say it's a very good value--but keep in mind this is based on only less than 2 months in use.

I have no complaints with the monitor. It's 19" widescreen, there are no "dead spots" that can sometimes affect lcd screens, and the colors are vibrant. Beyond that, the base seems sturdy and I haven't had a single problem to speak of yet.

I received this product defective on December 11th ,and the company needs to send a RMA so I can return it, however I have written them 9 times with the only response from them asking if I needed a RMA which I said I did, no more response at all,

My husband and I had been searching for a new computer monitor for some time and we were always put off by the high prices. The AOC 919SW-1 19" Widescreen LCD Monitor meets all the standard technical guidelines to ensure a quality experience and the price was the lowest we had seen. This is a good choice if you are on a budget and want to get the most for your money.

The picture is exceptionally clear for the price. Had no problems connecting it to my PC (no drivers etc needed). The only thing that leaves me dissatisfied is the monitor is not adjustable at all. Unable to adjust height, tilt the screen, etc.
